ll machines are completely hand made by K.J. The frames are cut out of cold rolled steel, filed, and shaped by hand so no two are exactly the same. The coils have a steel core and are wound by hand. The springs are hand-cut for every machine. All bindings and small parts are turned in-house by K.J. They are then assembled, adjusted, and run in for a minimum of five hours before being shipped. These machines are set up to be very versatile. Liners will line soft for fine line work or fast and hard for round shader work. Shaders will run soft for black and grey work or hard and fast for large magnum work.
